Pattonville High School fall play starts tonight - Oct. 17
Thursday, October 17, 2019
The Pattonville High School theater department is staging its fall play, "The Little Dog Laughed," at 7 p.m. Oct. 17 through 19 at the high school Community Auditorium, located at 2497 Creve Coeur Mill Road in Maryland Heights.

The play tells the story of Laurie Huntington, a college sophomore, who is home from school for the summer. Laurie isn’t studying just anything in college ... she is a budding psychoanalyst. And why spend summer relaxing when it’s the perfect time for observing behavior? Laurie turns her house into an experimental maze. Analyzing her family is the perfect way to spend the summer. But when she administers an ink blot test on her mother’s friends, who are important in getting her father’s much-needed bank loan, matters explode. It’s all part of the fun in “The Little Dog Laughed.”

Tickets to the play are $6 for adults and $4 for children and students. There are three ways to purchase tickets: visit www.pirateplayers.org/box-office; contact Lara Corvera, Pattonville High School theater director, at (314) 213-8051 or lcorvera@psdr3.org; or visit the box office one hour prior to each show.
