Board Actions

The board of education on Aug. 9:
  • Administered the oath of office to Ruth Petrov to fill a vacant board position;
  • Reviewed information about district professional development;
  • Approved paying $2,470,765.76 for regular bills;
  • Approved paying $674,431.61 for purchases made on Pattonville’s purchasing cards, which earned the district a rebate of 1% (or $6,668.61);
  • Declared a list of items as surplus to be sold on the district’s GovDeals.com page;
  • Reviewed and accepted the board of education 2022-2023 committee assignments and school liaison assignments;
  • Awarded the proposal for Geotechnical Services for Bond Projects Phase 1 to Intertek/PSI for $33,950;
  • Approved the contract for customized professional learning for the 2022-2023 school year to the Institute of Personalized Learning for $17,400, plus travel expenses;
  • Approved the renewal agreement with Transportation Solutions Services Inc., dba Axel, for the 2022-2023 school year for an estimated $350,000;
  • Approved the renewal contract with Timeclock Plus, LLC, for Timeclock Plus software and hardware support and maintenance for the contract term of Aug. 1, 2022, through Aug. 10, 2023, for $20,161.05.
