Five candidates filed to be placed on the April 7 election ballot to fill three open seats each with a three-year term on the Pattonville Board of Education. Those who filed are, in order of filing, incumbents Rená Simmons, Lisa Kickbusch and Dr. Brian Gray and Dr. Camesha Hill-Carter and Troy Burton.

The Pattonville Board of Education, on Dec. 9, approved the selection of three individuals to serve in principal positions in Pattonville schools beginning on July 1, 2026.
